the breakfast had lots of variety.

i had some issues with the room cleaning it was below par. cups were not replaced, nor glasses. the tv kept going off mid a programme. a bunch of small things could easily be rectified.

i totally loved this place! especially zak at the front desk, were super helpful and friendly . the location is just perfect , i walked everywhere from here , museums along the harbor were so close. i also enjoyed the complimentary port , it was a really nice touch after a long day.

the room decoration follows a nautical theme centered around the battle of trafalgar and sea captains. the rooms are quiet and provide a comfortable bed that guarantees a restful night. i could even chrome cast onto the tv , so entertainment was easy.

the staff at the front desk showed great kindness when i arrived after a long flight. they allowed me to rest in the bar and quickly prepared my room. i was grateful for the consideration shown after a sleepless journey. the breakfast had ample choices.

they didn't give us new water bottles each day in room and were told to drink water from bathroom tap.
